Terms & Conditions for Laser Cutting Service
To ensure smooth operation and consistent results, please take note of the following:
1. Maximum Working Size
- Non-metal cutting / engraving:
Maximum drawing size 130cm × 90cm - Metal marking:
Maximum drawing size 10cm × 10cm
2. Design File Requirement
- Customers must provide their own design files
- Accepted formats: .DXF / .AI / .SVG
- Files must be ready for laser processing
3. Service Availability
- Test cutting, engraving, and marking services are available during showroom working hours only:
Monday – Saturday | 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
4. Material Policy
- Material is NOT included
- Customers must bring their own material
- Please bring extra material, as testing may be required before final cutting
5. Risk & Responsibility
- Any damage to the material caused during laser cutting or testing will be borne by the customer
- The operator cannot guarantee 100% success on all materials, designs, or artworks due to material variations
6. Artwork & Design Limitation
- Artwork that does not meet laser cutting or engraving requirements may be rejected or require modification
- EZ LASER PLT reserves the right to decline unsuitable files or materials
